ROCK SPRINGS: The Young at Heart Center served lunch Tuesday for the first time since a ruptured water pipe forced the facility's closure in mid-August. The center will continue to serve lunch and be open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays as repairs continue in parts of the building. A complete reopening date has not yet been determined. more
